About Us

At Virtual Psych Services, LLC, we believe every student deserves access to thoughtful, comprehensive school psychological services regardless of where they live or the challenges facing their school community. Founded by Taylor Scruggs, a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), Virtual Psych Services provides collaborative remote and hybrid school psychology services to meet the ever-evolving needs of today’s schools.

Our Services

  • Comprehensive school psychology services designed to support districts in meeting timelines and addressing student needs efficiently.

    Services may include:

    • Psychoeducational evaluations for special education, 504, gifted & talented, etc.

    • Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

    • Behavioral and social-emotional screenings

    • Report writing & documentation support

    • Expanding to bilingual evaluation services

    Our remote/hybrid model allows districts to access qualified school psychologist services while reducing staffing shortages and evaluation backlogs.

  • Experienced school psychologist support that may include participation in:

    • Eligibility meetings

    • IEP meetings

    • Section 504 meetings

    • MTSS/RTI meetings

    • Behavior intervention planning meetings

    • Consultation with administrators and student support teams

    We work collaboratively with district personnel to support data-based decision making and compliance processes.

  • Consultation and professional learning services designed to strengthen school-based supports for students, educators, and families.

    Topics may include:

    • Behavioral intervention strategies

    • MTSS implementation

    • Special education and evaluation processes

    • Classroom behavior supports

    • Social-emotional and mental health supports

    • Parent consultation and collaboration

    • Staff professional development workshops
